Ivory Events is much more than just planning & Logistics

While I love coordinating timelines, communicating with vendors, and managing the logistics behind the scenes, I also enjoy the creative side of planning just as much. From helping select color palettes and floral designs, to creating cohesive event aesthetics, I love bringing ideas to life!

With a background in graphic design, I can also assist with custom signage, invitations, seating charts, welcome signs, table numbers, and other personalized details. Even the smallest details often have the biggest impact, and I love finding thoughtful ways to make each event feel unique.

Our Process

Step 1: Schedule A Consultation!

The first step in our planning process is scheduling a complimentary consultation. This is our opportunity to get to know one another, discuss your vision, and learn more about the celebration you're dreaming of.

During our consultation, we'll talk about where you currently are in your planning journey, what you've already accomplished, and what areas you may need additional support with. We'll walk through our package guide together, answer any questions you may have, and determine which planning experience is the best fit for your needs. If our existing packages aren't quite right, we're happy to discuss creating a custom package tailored specifically to your event.

Most importantly, this is a chance for us to learn about you, your story, and your priorities so we can begin creating a planning experience that feels personalized, seamless, and uniquely yours.

Step 2: Initial Planning & Coordination meeting

During our first planning meeting, we'll take care of the not-so-glamorous stuff first: contracts, paperwork, package details, timelines, and any remaining planning logistics. Once that's out of the way, the fun begins!

This is where we start bringing your vision to life. Together, we'll dive into venues, vendors, florals, décor, cakes, hair and makeup, entertainment, guest experience, and every other detail that makes your wedding uniquely yours. Whether you already have everything planned or are just getting started, we'll work together to ensure every piece of the puzzle falls perfectly into place.

From this point forward, we'll remain in regular contact throughout the planning process, providing guidance, coordination, recommendations, and support every step of the way. Our goal is to make planning feel exciting, organized, and stress-free as we prepare for your big day.

Approximately six weeks before your wedding, we'll meet one final time to review every detail and make sure everything is ready to go.

We will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, guests, and your wedding party, oversee setup, manage your timeline, coordinate logistics, and handle any unexpected challenges that may arise throughout the day.
