Ivory Events is much more than just planning & Logistics

While I love coordinating timelines, communicating with vendors, and managing the logistics behind the scenes, I also enjoy the creative side of planning just as much. From helping select color palettes and floral designs, to creating cohesive event aesthetics, I love bringing ideas to life!

With a background in graphic design, I can also assist with custom signage, invitations, seating charts, welcome signs, table numbers, and other personalized details. Even the smallest details often have the biggest impact, and I love finding thoughtful ways to make each event feel unique.

  • Wedding Day Coordination - $800

    The Silver Package is designed for couples who have already planned their wedding, but want the peace of mind that comes with professional coordination. Ivory Events will bring all the details together behind the scenes so you can focus on celebrating, making memories, and enjoying every moment of your wedding day. Wedding Day Coordination services begin approximately six to eight weeks prior to your wedding date. During this time, Ivory Events will review your plans, communicate with vendors, finalize logistics, create a detailed timeline, and ensure every detail is in place for a seamless and stress-free wedding day experience.

  • Partial Planning - $1500

    The Gold Package is designed for couples who want additional guidance and support throughout the planning process while remaining actively involved in planning their wedding. In addition to wedding day coordination, Ivory Events provides planning assistance, vendor recommendations, timeline development, contract guidance, and ongoing support to help bring your vision to life with confidence.

  •  Full Service Wedding Planning - $2500

    Designed for couples who want a professional by their side from the very beginning of the planning process through the wedding day. The Ivory Package provides comprehensive planning, design, coordination, and management services, allowing you to enjoy your engagement while Ivory Events handles the details. Ivory Events will work closely with you to bring your vision to life while managing the planning process, vendor communication, logistics, and execution from start to finish.

Whether you're welcoming a new addition to your family, planning an unforgettable bachelorette party, celebrating a special birthday, organizing a corporate event, or marking another important occasion, we'd love to be a part of it.

Step 1: Schedule a Complimentary Consultation

We'll get to know each other, discuss your vision, answer your questions, and determine which planning package is the best fit for your celebration. If needed, we'll create a custom package tailored specifically to your event.

Step 2: Planning & Coordination

Once you're booked, we'll begin bringing your vision to life. Depending on your package, Ivory Events will provide guidance, recommendations, vendor coordination, timeline development, and ongoing support throughout the planning process.

Step 3: Final Planning Meeting

Approximately six weeks before your wedding, we'll meet to review every detail, confirm logistics, finalize your timeline, and ensure everything is in place for a seamless wedding day.

Step 4: Wedding Day

Relax and enjoy every moment while Ivory Events handles the behind-the-scenes details. We'll coordinate vendors, manage the timeline, troubleshoot unexpected issues, and ensure your day runs smoothly from beginning to end. You focus on getting married, Ivory Events will handle the rest.
